Lievito from Gilberts Fine Foods in Dunedin arrives instore Tuesdays & Thursdays.  All Gluten-free, varieties include Original Maize & Tapioca, Seed, Savoury, Spiced Fruit, Baguette and Pizza Bases.

    

Breadman from Christchurch arrives instore Tuesdays.  Varieties include Rye Sourdough, Mountain Rye, Pumpernickel, Four Seed, Hazel & Walnut, Buckwheat & Corn (w/herbs) (GF), Cassava (GF).

Vinbrux – arrives instore on Tuesdays & Thursdays from Oamaru.  Varieties include Farmhouse, Maslin, Eiffler, Oberlander, 100% Rye.

Danish Delights – arrives instore from South Dunedin on Tuesday to Saturdays.  Varieties include Wholemeal Sliced, Swiss Rye Sliced, Wholemeal Unsliced, Scandanavian Rye.

The Peoples Bread – arrives instore from Wanaka on Thursdays.  Varieties include Brown Rice, Buckwheat & Corn (GF); Rye Sourdough; Wheat Sourdough; Multigrain Sourdough.
